The Contest will begin June 28th and run through July 22nd... Please come and support these
contestants as they battle for the title Of Karaoke~Idol All~Stars.
Each Contestant will sing two songs each week... One song of their choice and One song from the theme week.
No pre-recorded songs will be allowed before June 8th... You may record all your Songs at once and turn them in or you can turn the two songs in weekly. (This is to make it easier on the Contestants with tight schedules for the summer)
The recordings can be used from any sight with a url, such as Ksolo, Singsnap, Youtube, ect...
Theme Songs:
Week One: Elvis Songs
Week Two: 80's Songs
Week Three: Oldies Songs from the 50's & 60's Rock n' Roll
Week Four: Country Theme with a touch of Southern Rock! Here are the choices of the Artist you may choose from: Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson,Merle Haggard, George Jones, Hank Williams Sr. & Jr., Lynard Skynard, Jamey Johnson, Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Tanya Tucker.
On your song choices you may sing any genre each week.
You may send in audio or Video, but all videos for the Contest will be converted in a Mp.3 file for the Music player (Located on the Recording Page)
All Star Contestants are NOT required to enter in the video contest.. This is just an extra category to give those talented and creative Contestants a chance to win All~Stars Best Video. (Located on the Video Page)
They will send in a Video each week (only one per week)
They are allowed to use a video of the song they chose for the All Stars Entry or they can turn in
a Third song... using any props, family members, friends or other contestants.
Each week One video will be voted to compete in the Finales. (All votes will be monitored for equal opportunity for all Contestants)
There will be a All~Stars Fan Favorite Winner as well, voted in by friends/fans... they will be allowed to vote once a day. (All votes will be monitored for equal opportunity for all Contestants)
There will be a Most Valuable All~Stars Winner voted only by the All~Star Contestants.
They can NOT vote for the Same Contestant each week... and there will also be extra points for this category that you can earn for yourself or One other Contestant. (Details will be revealed later).
